Solar Sales Manager (B2C/EPC)

About the Opportunity
Mindtel is a fast-growing player in India’s renewable energy sector, enabling residential and commercial customers to adopt clean, cost-effective solar solutions through turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services. We blend deep technical expertise with customer-first sales strategies to drive mass adoption of solar across urban and semi-urban households — transforming rooftops into revenue-generating assets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end B2C solar sales lifecycle: prospecting, consultation, proposal, closing, and post-sale handover to EPC teams.


• Design and execute hyper-localized sales campaigns targeting residential and small commercial clients across assigned territories.


• Train, mentor, and manage a team of solar sales executives — setting KPIs, incentivizing performance, and optimizing conversion funnels.


• Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure seamless handoff from quote to installation, reducing drop-offs.


• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer objections to refine sales messaging and improve close rates.


• Build partnerships with local builders, architects, and housing societies to create scalable lead pipelines.
