Job Title: Solution Architect
Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: Pune
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Skills:

• 7–10 years of software development experience
  

• Proven team leadership/mentoring experience
  

• Strong hands -on experience in any backend technology (Java / Python / Node.js / .NET, etc.)
  

• Experience in system design, micro services, APIs, and scalable architecture
  

• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
  

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high -performing backend solutions
  

• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best coding practices and architecture standards
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  

• Provide technical guidance on system design, integrations, and performance optimization
  

• Review code, ensure quality standards, and drive technical excellence
  

• Participate in architectural decision -making and technology selection
