Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java and Microservices architecture to design and lead enterprise -scale retail/OMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end -to -end enterprise solutions using Java & Microservices architecture
  

• Lead architecture discussions, solution design, and technical reviews
  

• Define RESTful API standards, service decomposition, and integration patterns
  

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  

• Ensure non -functional requirements (scalability, security, performance, availability)
  

• Guide DevOps, CI/CD implementation, and cloud -native adoption
  

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
  

• Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies
  

• Lead client discussions, estimations, POCs, and technical demos
  

• Mentor teams and contribute to hiring & organizational growth
  

Primary Skills

• 10+ years industry experience (3+ years as Architect)
  

• 6+ years hands -on software development experience
  

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot / NodeJS
  

• Frontend exposure: ReactJS / AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  

• Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs
  

• Experience with RDBMS / NoSQL databases
  

• Strong problem -solving & stakeholder communication skills
  

• Experience implementing OMS solutions in Retail domain (Mandatory)
  

Secondary Skills

• Docker & Kubernetes
  

• Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  

• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  

• Kafka / RabbitMQ
  

• Application Security (OAuth2, JWT, TLS)
