Job Title: Solution Architect (Applications) with 10+ years of experience preferably with Insurance
domain knowledge
Job Summary:
• Ability to providing deep technical expertise in designing and delivering end to end high
performance, scalable & flexible solutions using cutting edge/emerging technologies
including Mobility/Responsive Web apps, APIs, application & data Integration, scalable
databases, Analytics, DevOps, Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS and Containerization).
• Responsible to experiment, explore and demonstrate application of new technologies by
means of conducting quick prototypes to solve business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• In-depth technical capability of understanding applications, data and platforms
• Define best practices & guidelines for various development team on JS, Java, CMS, APIs,
server-less and container technologies
• Conduct detailed technical design and overarch implementation
• Conduct proof of concepts on emerging technologies and help scale implementation in
projects with development partners
• Review of artefacts including code, manage technical debt and ensure optimal technical
quality
• Work closely with various business partners and other departments to create future proof
solutions covering digital, automation, APIs, integration and data
• Evaluating and implementing new architecture frameworks and tools
• Keep technology stack refreshed
• Provide technical expertise in solving/troubleshooting performance & other non-functional
requirements
• Maintain a healthy working relationship with the business users and other members of the IT
Team
• Responsible for overall performance, cost and delivery of technology solutions

Key competencies/skills required
• B.E/B.Tech/MCA from a reputed institute
• 8+ years of strong experience of Technical Architecture with hands-on software development
background
• Should have architected and delivered at least 4-5 large projects in a technology organization
Should be working or should have worked with reputed organizations or start-ups
• In-depth hands on experience in areas of technologies like mobile apps, Angular and React
JS, Node JS, CMS platforms, Java Frameworks, databases, queues, streams, AWS cloud
serverless and containers
• At least 6-7 years of team lead experiences in design & development of rich web/mobile apps
using technologies like HTML5, ReactJS/Angular or similar JS frameworks, NodeJS, Java
frameworks, Public clouds, APIs, RDBMS(Oracle/Postgres), NoSQL
(DynamoDB/MongoDB), Elastic Search
• Have strong experience to integrate with third party Web interface and services
• Have strong ability to troubleshoot the Web Systems/ mobile apps
• Application of multiple design patterns, enterprise integration patterns
• Experience in developing and deploying Cloud Native applications
• Experience in addressing scalability & performance tuning of applications
• Must have utilized Continuous Integration & Delivery tools/practices including Jenkins in
developing and releasing software
• End to End designing of applications with backend integration
