About the Role:

We are seeking a Hybrid Cloud Delivery Solution Architect with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, and Monitoring & Observability. This is a mission-critical role focused on designing and delivering secure, scalable, and automated cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions across enterprise-grade infrastructure.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders to transform client environments using cutting-edge tools and frameworks. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on architecture experience, leadership ability, and a vision for the future of cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  Design and implement IaC frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python, Golang) for hybrid cloud deployments.

  Develop DevSecOps pipelines with integrated security automation and continuous compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead implementation of monitoring and observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpsRamp.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with stakeholders and senior executives to translate business goals into scalable cloud solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive architecture for HPE Edge-to-Cloud Engineering and onboard modern workloads.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage delivery of Proof of Concepts (POC), accelerate emerging tech solutions, and demonstrate use-case impact.

  
  


• 
  

  Support teams in containerization, Kubernetes orchestration (OpenShift, Rancher), and application modernization.

  
  


• 
  

  Align with compliance standards (SOC2, ISO, GDPR) while optimizing for performance, cost, and security.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead technical discussions, stakeholder presentations, and creation of solution blueprints and documentation.

  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 
  

  7–10 years of experience in solution architecture and hybrid cloud delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience in IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python, Golang.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge in DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated security testing, vulnerability management.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in monitoring/observability tools: Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, OpsRamp.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containers, networking, cloud security, and identity.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  
  

Preferred Skills:

  Experience with multi-cloud and serverless architectures.

  Familiarity with microservices and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
