Job Description - Solution Architect IAM (m/f/d)

Responsibilities :

Design end‑to‑end IAM solutions that align with business needs, security requirements, and overall company strategy.

Translate business and functional requirements into high‑quality functional designs for One Identity Manager.

Implement and configure One Identity Manager workflows, policies, connectors, and customizations.

Develop and maintain custom components using programming languages supported by One Identity Manager (e.g., C#, VB.NET, or script-based extensions).

Collaborate with architects, security experts, and process owners to enhance IAM processes and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure stable operations of the IAM platform.

Support continuous improvement, automation, and modernization initiatives within the IAM domain.

Requirements :

Completed university degree in Business IT, Business Economics, Business SCM, Information Science, Engineering or Natural Science (Bachelor) with at least three years of professional experience.

Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management principles, including user lifecycle processes, role management, access governance, SoD, provisioning, and authentication/authorization concepts.

Proven expertise with One Identity Manager (design, configuration, development, and operational management).

Experience in writing technical documentation and functional specifications.

Programming experience in languages commonly used within One Identity Manager (e.g., C#, VB.NET, SQL, Angular or related scripting languages).

Ability to design solutions that meet business and company strategy.

Good conflict‑handling skills and a high degree of situational awareness.

In addition to the respective native language, very good command of written and spoken English.
