Lead the design and implementation of customized solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes, and ensure technical excellence through integration, innovation, and proactive risk management.

• Drive End -to -End Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of integrated
  Infor Visual solutions, tailoring them to specific business needs while
  ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture.
  
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with business users, IT teams,
  vendors, and implementation partners to understand challenges, define
  requirements, and architect solutions that drive business outcomes.
  
• Provide Technical Leadership: Guide development teams by defining technical
  architectures, integration strategies, and best practices in implementing
  Infor Visual and its related components.
  
• Champion Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into
  innovative Infor Visual solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and
  alignment with industry standards.
  
• Champion Best Practices: Define and maintain Infor Visual solution design
  patterns, development standards, and deployment methodologies to promote
  consistency and long -term sustainability.
  
• Mitigate Risks: Analyze
  and manage potential project risks, implementing proactive strategies for
  timely resolution.
  
• Support Testing & Integration: Facilitate unit, integration, and user acceptance
  testing (UAT). Define test cases, coordinate validation efforts, and
  ensure integration points with Infor Visual operate seamlessly.
  
• Innovate & Adapt: Stay
  current with new developments in the Infor Visual platform, including
  factory analytics, manufacturing intelligence, and associated
  technologies. Propose enhancements and upgrades with clear business value
  justifications.
  

• Minimum of 7 Years IT Experience: A proven track record in IT solution design or
  related field, ideally with some focus in manufacturing solutions.
  
• Infor Visual Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Infor Visual platform,
  including its analytics, data visualization, and reporting capabilities.
  
• Integration Mastery: Extensive
  experience in integrating Infor Visual with shop floor systems, PLM, IoT
  devices, and other enterprise applications.
  
• Data -Driven Approach: Solid
  understanding of manufacturing data structures, KPIs, and the ability to
  translate business needs into effective data models for Infor Visual
  reporting and analysis.
  
• Process Focus: Familiarity
  with core manufacturing processes (discrete, process, etc.) and how these
  can be reflected and supported through Infor Visual.
  
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication
  skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders, explaining technical
  concepts, and building buy -in for solutions.
  
• Problem -Solving Mindset: Proactive problem -solving skills, ability to
  troubleshoot complex technical issues, and a drive for delivering
  high -quality solutions.
