Solution Architect - MS Dynamics NAV

In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, development teams, and implementation partners to architect end-to-end solutions integrating Dynamics NAV / OneNAV with enterprise applications such as FutureMaster, Reflex Logistics WMS, SAP S/4HANA, and custom services using .NET or Java. You will lead requirement discovery, solution blueprinting, backlog prioritization, architectural governance, and successful delivery of high-impact product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of MS Dynamics NAV / OneNAV solutions across business processes including finance, supply chain, warehousing, procurement, and inventory.
• Serve as a Product Owner driving roadmap definition, sprint prioritization, and release planning to deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead the integration of Dynamics NAV with FutureMaster, Reflex Logistics WMS, SAP S/4 Hana, and external/custom platforms through API, EDI, and middleware technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the delivery of high-quality scalable solutions.
• Guide development teams using .NET and Java technologies to ensure architectural consistency and robust build standards.
• Conduct system design reviews, solution validation, gap analysis, performance tuning, and end-to-end testing of ERP workflows.
• Ensure architectural compliance, security, and data governance standards across all integrations and implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement through evaluation of new features, upgrades, enhancements, and industry best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and technical mentorship to internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage and resolve escalated system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption and efficient root-cause resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enabling digital transformation decisions and future roadmap strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–22 years of total professional experience with significant hands-on exposure in ERP architecture, product ownership, and enterprise system integration.
• Strong expertise in MS Dynamics NAV / OneNAV implementation, configuration, and solution design.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in ERP/Enterprise platforms, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of .NET / C# and Java for integration and application extensions.
• Experience working with FutureMaster, Reflex Logistics WMS, and SAP S/4 Hana, including cross-platform integration.
• Ability to interpret complex business processes and convert them into scalable architectural solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams and managing multi-phase ERP projects.
• Strong problem-solving capability with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or equivalent.
• Experience in cloud-based deployments and modern integration frameworks (API, ESB, Azure, etc.).
• Exposure to global enterprise environments and multi-country rollouts.
