Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in Telecom and IT domains to lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in telecom networks, enterprise IT systems, digital transformation initiatives, and modern application architectures.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in Java-based enterprise solutions and Python technologies, including AI/ML-driven applications, with a proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for enterprise customers.
The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and customers to define solution strategies, drive architecture governance, and ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
•    Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale telecom and enterprise transformation programs. 
•    Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps. 
•    Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performing systems aligned with business objectives. 
•    Provide architecture leadership across application, integration, data, cloud, and infrastructure domains. 
Telecom & Enterprise Transformation
•    Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
•    Support telecom transformation initiatives involving OSS/BSS modernization, network automation, service orchestration, and digital platforms. 
•    Drive business process optimization and service transformation programs. 
•    Ensure alignment of solutions with telecom industry standards and best practices. 
Technology Leadership
•    Lead solution design using Java-based enterprise frameworks and Python technologies. 
•    Architect AI/ML-enabled solutions leveraging Python-based ecosystems. 
•    Guide development teams on architecture patterns, coding standards, scalability, and performance optimization. 
•    Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. 
Stakeholder Management
•    Collaborate with business leaders, customers, vendors, and delivery teams. 
•    Facilitate architecture review boards, design workshops, and governance meetings. 
•    Present solution strategies and architecture recommendations to executive stakeholders. 
•    Manage expectations and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders. 
Program Governance & Delivery
•    Drive architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle. 
•    Identify and manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and technical issues. 
•    Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards. 
•    Support project planning, estimation, resource management, and delivery assurance. 
Quality & Operational Excellence
•    Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices. 
•    Ensure solution quality through design reviews and architecture validations. 
•    Support operational readiness, deployment planning, and post-implementation stabilization. 
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

•    AI/ML certifications are highly desirable. 
•    Telecom certifications and domain expertise will be an added advantage.
