Solution Consultant

* Develop and deliver **ServiceNow ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)** solutions, working effectively in high-pressure projects with **aggressive timelines and critical delivery milestones**. * Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including **Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management**. * Develop **client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies/actions, workflows/flows, integrations, and custom applications** while following ServiceNow best practices. * Work closely with solution architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into **scalable, high-quality technical solutions** and resolve complex technical challenges. * Lead technical activities across **development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support**, ensuring issues and dependencies are addressed quickly to meet tight deadlines. * Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and ensure solutions meet **ServiceNow standards, security requirements, maintainability, and project quality objectives**.
