Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and integrate hybrid Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID environments at scale.
2. Lead directory migrations, consolidations, and cloud adoption projects.
3. Implement advanced authentication methods, including passwordless and phishing-resistant solutions.
4. Develop Conditional Access policies and robust access controls (RBAC, PBAC).
5. Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
6. Automate IAM operations using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
7. Leverage AI/ML for identity threat detection and adaptive authentication.
8. Advise on IAM strategy, Zero Trust architecture, and industry best practices.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM with organizational goals.
10. Apply project management skills to drive successful IAM initiatives.
