Job Responsibilities

Position: Manager – Corporate Solutions (IC)
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Experience Required: 5–8 Years
Industry: Real Estate / Commercial Leasing
Reporting To: Head – Corporate Solutions / Finance Lead


 


About the Role


We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage lease
administration, invoicing, and corporate solutions operations across our commercial real estate
portfolio. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accuracy in lease data, revenue processes,
and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP expertise, a solid understanding of lease management,
and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.


 


What You Will Do


Lease Administration & Compliance


• Manage end-to-end lease administration including abstraction, renewals, and critical date
tracking
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and maintain accurate lease documentation
• Conduct periodic audits of lease records for data integrity.


Invoicing & Revenue Management


• Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in billing and collections
• Track revenue streams and support timely collections
• Coordinate with finance teams for reconciliation and closures


SAP & Data Management


• Manage lease data, billing, and reporting through SAP systems
• Ensure accurate entries, reconciliations, and data consistency
• Generate and maintain reports for tracking and analysis


Stakeholder Coordination


• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for seamless execution
• Ensure alignment across lease documentation, billing, and compliance processes


Reporting & MIS


• Generate regular MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Provide insights on lease obligations, revenue tracking, and performance


Process Improvement


• Drive standardization and efficiency in lease management processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements


 


What You Bring


• Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business (MBA preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in lease administration, invoicing, or corporate real estate solutions
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP (mandatory)
• Good understanding of commercial lease structures, financials, and documentation
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
