Key Responsibilities

• Be part of a global architecture team that sets best practices and standards.
• Assess and communicate the impact of technical changes, ensuring clear and efficient design.
• Collaborate closely with architects, managers, tech leads, and developers to solve problems and make key decisions.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges with alternative solutions.
• Explore and implement new tools or techniques to improve development and architecture.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies by attending training sessions, reading, and experimenting with new tools.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 10–15 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in object-oriented or functional languages, preferably Java, Scala, or Kotlin.
• Experience in API design and using software design patterns.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of modern software design (modularity, microservices, event-driven, etc.).
• Keeps up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
