Solution Advisory - Design Solutions for the Large Pursuits, accountable for solution strategy to solution plan to the actual solution aligned to the win strategy and price to win. Drive the solution inside the client organization and NTTD collaborating with various practices. Participate in creation of win strategy and influence that from solution perspective. Should be able to build a storyline and tell a story walking the solution. Engage Clients & Practices - Engage with client technology & business leaders to understand business challenges, technology environments, technology challenges, transformation roadmap, headwinds etc. Based on client needs, connect the dots to create a solution vision and strategy engaging with practices to drive client outcomes. Drive du-diligence & customer discussions to convert solution opportunities Frameworks & POV - Harvest learnings, best practices, engaging with practitioners and building repeatable frameworks, POV driving innovation & differentiation in the market and pursuit lifecycle. Innovation - Drive Innovation via AI / GenAI adoption, automation & other digital interventions across the full stack and embed them in solutions, POVs & re-usable Frameworks. Technology Areas - Have broad experience working with multiple technologies with good understanding around AI/Gen AI , Apps, ERP, SaaS, cloud, full-stack, agile, Devops, Integration, Mobile, Digital , performance, security & Infrastructure. Strategic & Analytical Thinking & Consulting mindset - Should be able to think holistically to drive transformation across all dimensions not just technology, engage in what-if-debates to bring out the best from strategy & leadership point of view. Good communicator & articulation skills, bringing solution constructs & concepts to life. Should be client facing and drive discussions. Should be able to storyboard and be leadership focused. Strong Business Acumen - Good understanding of value chains, operating models, demonstrated through prior work experience. Good understanding of commercial structures & models
