Job Description - Sourcing & Procurement Lead - Furniture

CTC Upto 25 LPA

Job Description:

- Formulate international procurement blueprints for completed furnishings and fabrics to minimize total lifetime ownership expenses.

- Discover, evaluate, and integrate premier regional and overseas suppliers to cultivate a flexible, highly responsive network.

- Direct comprehensive bidding lifecycles, overseeing request proposals and quotations to ensure objective, data-driven partner selection.

- Structure complex commercial agreements and price arrangements to achieve optimal financial terms while safeguarding manufacturing integrity.

- Launch structured merchant relationship initiatives that encourage transparent, cooperative, and enduring alliances across all categories.

- Execute routine factory assessments and operational reviews regarding quality compliance, fulfillment timelines, and manufacturing capacities.

- Partner with internal engineering and design units to accelerate innovative item rollouts and satisfy launch deadlines.

- Establish preventative logistics contingency plans, incorporating diversified distribution networks to navigate fluctuating global economic conditions.
