Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sourcing & Production Planning Manager​ who knows how to turn design vision into production reality. Someone who’s equally comfortable talking compound densities as they are negotiating cost sheets. You’ll be the bridge between design, development, and manufacturing — ensuring every product leaves the factory floor looking (and feeling) just right.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with factories, vendors, and material suppliers across footwear and apparel categories.
  

• Oversee the complete sourcing lifecycle — from sample development and costing to production and delivery.
  

• Partner closely with design and development teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and timelines are met.
  

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with a focus on cost efficiency and reliability.
  

• Ensure material sourcing aligns with Ludic’s design intent, comfort benchmarks, and sustainability goals.
  

• Track production schedules and proactively resolve issues related to quality, delays, or capacity.
  

• Stay up to date with emerging materials, manufacturing innovations, and regional supplier capabilities.

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience in the footwear and/or apparel industry.
  

• Deep understanding of product development — from design sketches to final delivery.
  

• Proven record of successful vendor negotiations and long-term factory partnerships.
  

• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  

• A detail-obsessed problem solver who honors timelines and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  

• Willingness to travel for factory visits, quality checks, and supplier meetings when required.
