Sourcing Manager

Overall 15+ years of procurement experience including 5+ years of upstream procurement experience. Proven record in managing business relationships with stakeholders and IT services suppliers. Knowledge of labor, tax and other laws and regulations related to contingent workforce. Proven experience in RFx bid management, vendor selection and contract negotiation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a multinational company environment within budget and time constraints. Ability to manage multiple business needs and prioritize simultaneously procurement processes in various stages. Experience in information technology, telecommunications, or similar industry. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Work closely and conduct review meetings with business units\u0027 key stakeholders to learn their business needs, identify potential solutions and recommend the suitable procurement process to be followed. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business process, company policy and regulations compliance, and execution of business strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contingent workforce suppliers to be positioned to support ongoing business needs.
