Job Description - Sourcing Manager

We are seeking an energetic and results -oriented Sourcing Manager to drive channel partner activation and engagement for real estate projects. This role is pivotal in expanding the network of channel partners and ensuring effective project promotion through these partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in motivating channel partners to achieve high sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s sales network.
Develop strategies to activate channel partners and motivate them to prioritize our real estate projects.
Coordinate all communications and interactions with channel partners, providing them with up -to -date project information, sales materials, and support.
Monitor channel partner activity and performance, ensuring that project targets are met.
Conduct regular check -ins and training sessions with channel partners to ensure alignment with sales goals.
Foster strong, lasting relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and drive sustained project promotion.
Report on channel partner engagement, sales figures, and project pipeline to senior management.

Requirements

Graduate, Post Graduate.
Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the Navi Mumbai real estate market and channel partner network.
Proven ability to engage, motivate, and manage channel partners for high sales performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time -management skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
