About The Role 

• Manage end-to-end planning and supply for third-party sourced materials (ex-India)


• Ensure product availability via demand–supply alignment, order fulfillment, and cross-functional coordination


• Support GPM activities, drive master data improvements, and provide ad hoc support to co-producers in India
  
  

How Will You Do It

Material Planning and System Management

• Maintain and manage planning master data in SAP system


• Manage material allocation during supply constraints


• Identify supply risks proactively and implement mitigation actions


• Ensure sourcing label management in compliance with regulation


• Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure supply continuity

Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment


• Maintain Outline Agreements aligned with sourcing strategy and pricing updates


• Track purchase order and delivery status, ensuring timely supply to destination countries


• Coordinate logistics for smooth customs clearance and transport


• Support tender forecasts and procurement submissions; assist with spot rates


• Handle export processes (VAT refund, COO, freight cost settlement)

Sourcing Quality Management

• Coordinate with QM to ensure CoA availability


• Monitor and drive resolution of NCM cases

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance of sourcing and planning processes with internal standards and audits


• Contribute to GPM initiatives and continuous improvement
  
  
  

What We Look For

• Education: Any Bachelor Degree 


• Experience: Min 5 years in sourcing, planning, or supply chain


• Technical Skills: Strong SAP/planning systems (APO/OMP preferred); solid supply chain and international trade knowledge


• Language: Fluent English with strong communication skills in international (incl. Indian) environments, Hindi speaker strong preferred
