Spa Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Spa Manager will be appointed for KOSA Skin Studio, Pune - a novel medispa concept designed with a retail store front and a facial studio. The manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations to ensure that we provide exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate is enterprising, able to lead teams and practises operational excellence with stellar client communication.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spa team management including hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and tracking performance.
• Front desk management and administrative tasks including reception duty like scheduling appointments, handling billing, payment processing and welcoming clients and record keeping.
• Facility maintenance management such as housekeeping, repair and maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inventory keeping including stock audits, reordering supplies and ensuring spa has products and equipment to service clients always.
• Customer relations management such as sending timely reminders, follow up on plans discussed, taking client feedback and complaints, record keeping of all guest data. This also includes constant review and development of improved guest service standards.
• Finance management including monitoring expenses, bookkeeping, register tracking, cash deposits, creating reports, suggesting pricing, packages and discounts.
• Marketing of the studio in coordination with the in house team by identifying campaigns, ensuring on ground implementation and monitoring sales effort.
• Development of new spa treatments in coordination with an in-house team of specialists.

PROFILE

• A graduate with qualifications in business, hospitality or HR. Background in beauty and luxury is an added bonus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the field of spa management, hospitality, retail store management.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and organised.
• Strong management and organisational capabilities.
• Good communication skills.

SKILLS

• Language - English: Very fluent in written and spoken | Hindi: Fluent
• Technology - Excellent WhatsApp and email communication, handling of calls. Digitally inclined and able to use spa management softwares for all record keeping.
• Attitude - An open-minded and go-getter attitude. Willingness to hustle.
• Interest - Intrinsic inclination towards wellness, beauty, yoga, and skincare. Updated with the current conversation.

REMUNERATION

• Determined by experience and the extent of time commitment.
• Starting CTC (excluding performance bonus) ₹3.75 - ₹4.50 lakhs, negotiable based on experience.
• Raise will be determined by new skill acquisition, targets achieved, and merit, not by seniority.
• 14 days leave and 11 Public Holiday leave.
• Will need to work 1-2 Sundays per month.

LOCATION

Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate. Our studio is located between Bund Garden and Koregoan Park.

DATE OF JOINING

Immediately as of June 2024.
