 About the Role

Creware Coworks is looking for a dynamic and customer -focused Space & Sales Manager who can take full ownership of a coworking space. This role combines operations, customer experience, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and driving business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end daily operations of the coworking space
  
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across all areas
  
• Act as the first point of contact for members and visitors
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests efficiently
  
• Conduct site tours for potential clients and assist in onboarding
  
• Drive sales through cold calling, lead follow -ups, and conversions
  
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from inquiry to closure
  
• Participate in daily reporting and planning meetings
  
• Handle invoice generation and payment follow -ups
  
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
  
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
  
• Ensure a professional and presentable workspace environment
  

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Front Office / Facility Management
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Sales -driven mindset with ability to close deals independently
  
• Comfortable with cold calling and structured sales processes
  
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
  
• Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, invoicing systems
  
• Fluent in English & Hindi
  
• Well -groomed, professional, and presentable personality
  
• Experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or sales is a plus
