Job Description - Special Educator

Assess students’ abilities and learning needs

Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or personalized learning programs

Implement teaching strategies tailored to each student’s needs

Monitor and document student progress and adapt strategies as required

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams

Provide guidance and support to students for social, emotional, and academic development

Stay updated with the latest special education techniques and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
Valid teaching certification or license
Experience working with children with special needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
