Salary Range:

·         Outstation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

·         Local: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000

Role Summary:

A reputed school in Sangrama (Sopore) is seeking a qualified Special
Educator to support students with learning difficulties, behavioural
challenges, or special learning needs. The role involves creating
individualized education plans and working closely with teachers and parents to
ensure holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Identify students requiring special support and
conduct assessments.

·         Develop and implement Individualized
Education Plans (IEPs).

·         Provide one -on -one and group intervention
sessions.

·         Work with class teachers to integrate inclusive
practices.

·         Counsel parents and update them on student
progress.

·         Maintain documentation, assessments, and
learning goals.

·         Support behavioural and emotional development of
students.

Requirements:

·         Graduate/Postgraduate with Diploma/Certification
in Special Education (mandatory).

·         Experience working with students with learning
disabilities (LD), autism, ADHD, etc.

·         Strong communication, patience, and observation
skills.

·         Ability to collaborate with teachers and parents
effectively.
