Key Responsibilities:

Root Cause Analysis:

· Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify issues and areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement solutions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.

Process Optimizations:

· Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

· Implement process optimization strategies to enhance overall performance and productivity.

Automation Identification and Deployment:

· Identify the scope for automation within current processes.

· Deploy automation tools and solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Value Stream Mapping (VSM):

· Coordinate and participate in VSM sessions to systematically identify the eight wastes (defects, overproduction, waiting, non-utilized talent, transportation, inventory, motion, and extra processing).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that address these wastes.

Documentation and Standardization:

· Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive process documentation.

· Ensure all process changes comply with client-specific and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

· Work closely with stakeholders to gather process requirements and understand operational pain points.

· Facilitate effective communication between operations, compliance, QA, and training teams.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the impact of process improvements.

· Provide regular reports and recommendations to management based on data-driven insights.

Training and Continuous Improvement:

· Contribute to training initiatives by developing materials that support process changes and improvements.

· Lead initiatives for ongoing process reviews and continuous improvement projects.
