1. Processing Accounting Support Tasks - 65%

Working independently, processes tasks related to client accounting and billing services. Serves as the accounting services lead for a portfolio of mid- to high- level complexity client accounts.

Follows established processes and procedures to complete routine daily and monthly tasks related to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, reconciling the billing system to the underwriting system, month-end reporting, deductible billing and claims billing.

Exercise problem solving skills to resolve problems with mid- to high- level complexity. Escalate very high-level complexity to senior team members and/or supervisor, as needed.

2. Client Service and Communication - 15%

Receives and handles client requests via inbound email. Attends client meetings and provides input or updates as needed.

Respond promptly to client needs, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring a positive client experience.

Answers questions professionally and assists clients by completing a task or process for them.

3. Teamwork and Collaboration - 20%

Collaborates with co-workers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals.

Assists with a variety of interdepartmental special projects, as required.

Looks for opportunities to improve processes to better support client and build knowledge and expertise in underwriting.

Serves as a resource and mentor to Associates and Analysts. Trains new team members on routine tasks and duties.
