We are seeking a talented individual to join our US MM365 Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect?

We are looking to hire a Specialist in the US MM365 Consulting Team

The role will involve collaborating with the US Teams and efficiently managing the GSD team to provide high-quality and consistent administrative experience. This support will facilitate the creation of Carrier and proposal documents, enabling clients to make informed decisions regarding future benefit selections. Additionally, the role will encompass the implementation of consulting projects, including Stewardship Reporting, Marketing Projects (Procurement and Renewals), and Utilization Reports.

We will count on you for:

  • Data entry and analysis - assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects
  • Marketing efforts - gather benchmarking, utilization or rate data from the vendors via a Request for Proposal (RFP), interpret the meaning of the data and summarize the responses from the RFP in Excel or PowerPoint format for presentation to the client
  • Cost projections and vendor renewal workups - gather data from the client and vendors to populate Excel spreadsheets used for developing cost projections and evaluation of vendor renewal workups; results are used as part of client meetings
  • Plan design - gather data from the client and current vendors needed for analyzing the impact of a client’s in-force or new plan designs, typically involves organizing and summarizing plan design details and costs in Excel for further analysis by the team, responsibilities also include checking data for reasonableness and follow-up with vendors regarding missing or inaccurate data
  • Ability to creatively find workarounds and good problem-solving capability
  • Process reporting and Training
  • Learn and understand business specific domain
  • End to end ownership of assigned projects and drive new transition as identified from time to time
  • Participate in creating training materials and delivery of training sessions
  • Ensure gating procedures, process control and enhancements via reporting, RCA etc.
  • Work with diverse and remote teams as per project and team requirement

Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts

What you need to have: 

  • Good Interpretation and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
  • Ability to manage timelines for critical deliverables and keep communication channels open on progress;
  • Ability to partner and work with colleagues locally and globally to meet the deliverables.
