Position Title: Specialist – Blade Service Engineering (Level 1 Support)
Role Overview
The job holder is a key member of Blade Service Engineering First Level Support, responsible for providing 24x7 global first-line technical support for blade-related topics. The role focuses on initial assessment, categorization, and validation of blade issues through review of inspection reports and field inputs, and routing cases for further technical investigation where required.
