We are seeking a talented individual to join our EBSC Claims Service team at Marsh. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office  

Specialist - Claims Service (C1)

Our scope of service includes policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities and other. We will count on you to:

  • Use your foreign language capabilities on a daily basis to handle documentation received from the insurance brokers
  • Use your attention-to-detail skills for data entry in our internal systems
  • Open to share your ideas to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Communicate with stakeholders

What you need to have:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written both English and French (B1/B2)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience
