Requirement Analysis & Documentation - 40%

Work with stakeholders to elicit/analyze their business needs and figure out improvement opportunities. Transform stakeholder’s business requirements into functional requirements in a clear way that both stakeholders and development team can understand.

Solution Proposal - 25%

Work in collaboration with the various Technology internal teams (Software Architects, Database Administrators, Developers, and management team), help guide the stakeholder to a solution that will meet the requirements.

Requirement Management - 20%

Prioritize and manage requirement backlog and communicate with all stakeholders to keep alignment. Manage and track requirement status to ensure all defined business solution delivered in a proper way.
 

Project Implementation - 15%

Provide support to the project team to implement development project following standard project management process
