1. Talent Engagement & Retention - 50%
Working closely with managers to identify engagement and retention issues through surveys, feedback, and analysis. Supporting the implementation of action plans that address root causes of disengagement or turnover, and monitoring progress against agreed interventions.
2. Performance Management - 20%
Providing support during quarterly performance cycles by helping with communications, coordinating performance reviews, assisting managers with corrective action plans, and gathering employee feedback on performance and incentive programs.
3. Organization Effectiveness - 15%
Supporting workforce planning and organizational structure reviews by providing data and insights. Assisting in the execution of culture-building activities, departmental engagement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s values and objectives.
4. Other Responsibilities - 15%
Contributing to the development of the HRBP team by sharing knowledge, participating in team learning initiatives, and supporting cross-functional HR projects as assigned.
