• Complete command of tactical activities for the internal recruitment process at the highest level of performance in ITAG, leads in the assistance in various internal recruitment projects and initiatives contributing to improving processes to support tactical support needs
• Researches and understands multiple external market for key talent profiles for the areas supported including brands, cultures and title structures
• Has deep understanding of profile and supports with accurate desk research and long/short listing..
• Synthesises recruiter feedback, intake meeting notes and personal knowledge of profile to qualify head hunted profiles of all levels of roles.
• Teaches and mentors others while identifying potential candidates within SLAs and KPIs to match pace and quality of TA team.
• Prepares candidate profiles and recommendations for TA colleagues at all levels within E grades
• Influences internally (to TA) to support the engagement of top quality candidates into process
• Leads by example across all KPIs and SLAs, driving high performance expectations
Grade Description
• Requires advanced knowledge and specialized skills in a variety of processes, procedures and systems
• Applies specialist skills gained through considerable on the job experience to lead in the development of concepts and techniques
• Often acts as a team lead or supports project coordination, providing guidance and work direction to others - but is not a supervisor
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices; proposes improvements to processes and methods as needed
• Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the tasks performed or services provided by the own and closely related teams
