Role and Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively identifying data needs and bringing solutions to stakeholders before being asked.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Precise handling of data—both for accuracy and to surface insights relevant to decision-making.
  • Working alongside leadership teams to refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Monitor and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining visibility on timelines, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Tracking and managing ongoing projects, tasks, and team commitments
  • Working alongside leadership teams to refine strategies based on data insights.

 

Key skills & knowledge:

  • Demonstrated ability of data analysis tools such as Tableau, Zendesk Analytics, Talkdesk Explore, and similar tools
  • Familiarity with technology platforms and understanding of customer journey analytics such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, and similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience in collecting and interpreting customer data across multiple channels (e.g., surveys, digital feedback, NPS analysis).
  • Business Analyst from a BPO background preferred.

 

Education – Graduate
