Specialist - Project Support

Role Summary

Would be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through completion within Mann and Hummel.

Managing internal and external stakeholder.

Main Tasks

Main Accountabilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform the various tasks within O2C team inline with process documents


• Prepare and maintain (Multi-)Project Reporting such as


• Project Status Report


• Time to Pass (TTP) Report incl. Project Index  KPI Tracking


• Gate Calendar


• GPS-data incl. tracking and follow up (► KPI)


• xSEP Development Project.


• Basic Knowledge about Engineering workflow.


• Creation of internal order

Operations

• Responsible for execution of processes and tasks within the team


• Regular communication with internal departments (Project Team, Sales Management Team, Logistics, Production)


• Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor.

Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas

• Operational SLA'S & KPI's


• Time Adherence, Quality, Voloum & Efficiency


• Data transparency and accuracy from supplier supporting products throughout list cycle

Internal & External Working Relationships

• Internal and external customers


• Interface with the sales, supply chain/logistics, and manufacturing (i.e.,production and engineering) functions.

Experience

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)

• Education/university degree in engineering with prior experience in PMO, sales administration, or any other relevanr field.


• Preferably from Manufacturing background with 2 yrs of experience in Project management/PMO


• Hands on experience in PLM software/CDB(Cim Data base).


• Hands on experience in MS Office(excel, PowerPoint, word, Visio...)


• Negotiation skills, customer centric approach, flexibility, good time management, Process oriented thinking.


• Willing to work in Flexible shift hours
