Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our Digital ERP CoE team. The role is

Specialist for S4 HANA CFIN MDG. The key responsibilities for SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and

Master Data Governance (MDG) will involve ensuring seamless integration, harmonization, and

governance of financial and master data across the enterprise to support accurate reporting,

decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP System Configuration & Integration:

Configure and integrate SAP CFIN and MDG systems for real-time financial data flow and

central master data handling.

2. Governance of Financial Master Data:

Develop and implement data governance practices to ensure integrity, uniformity, and

compliance of master data.

3. Technical and Functional Support:

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for all SAP CFIN and MDG related

processes and issues.

4. Continuous Improvement & Process Enhancements:

Work with business units to identify and resolve inefficiencies in finance and master

data workflows.

5. Knowledge Transfer & Documentation:

Create process documentation, functional specs, and conduct training sessions to drive

successful system adoption.

Required Experience & Qualification:

48 years of overall experience in IT or Finance domains.

At least 4 years of direct experience with SAP CFIN MDG project delivery or support.

Deep understanding of S4/HANA CFIN and MDG.

Strong orientation towards results and performance.

Proven teamwork, interpersonal, and collaboration capabilities.

Adaptability in a multicultural, global work environment.

Prior consultancy or customer-facing role experience is preferred.

Agile methodology and customer-first approach.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related

discipline (preferred).
