Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, primarily Lifecycle Marketing, to create customer segmentation criteria in Simon Data for use across platforms like Braze, ensuring requirements are correctly captured, validated, and implemented.

Develop and QA SQL queries for Simon Data datasets, conducting user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business requirements and production data.

Monitor daily Simon Data runs, troubleshoot ETL failures, optimize queries for efficiency, and communicate root causes and delays to business and marketing partners.

Design and implement marketing tech stack solutions, integrating stakeholder data and connecting marketing tools with new data sources.

Facilitate the upload and secure delivery of customer lists across internal and external channels, ensuring compliance with information security protocols.

Support internal compliance audits and event forwarding processes, gathering specifications, enabling event forwarding in mParticle, and troubleshooting issues with external partners.

Assist with marketing experiment analytics by providing segmentation criteria, troubleshooting targeting issues, and delivering AB test group data for internal and external experiments.
