Description
The Specialist - SAP Project Management role is a critical position within the SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, guiding our clients through SAP transformations. Your expertise will drive successful implementations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.
Provide effective project leadership, motivating and guiding the project team towards common goals.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing transparent updates.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies.
Experience in managing complex, large-scale SAP projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.
Certifications in SAP project management or related fields are preferred.
