Specialist Strategic Sourcing (Indirect Procurement)

General Summary:

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in sourcing indirect services that support our global operations. You’ll lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and ensure procurement aligns with company goals and compliance standards.

How you'll help us connect the world:

• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of indirect services across the organization


• Manage the supplier selection process, ensuring competitive bids and compliance with internal policies


• Maintain and update contract records in our database


• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders


• Support functional strategies and ensure alignment with business needs


• Ensure all procurement activities follow the company’s Schedule of Authority

This is an individual contributor role.

Required Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on procurement expertise.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a professional purchasing qualification


• Preferably 6+ years of experience in procurement or a related field


• Proven track record in sourcing and managing indirect services


• Strong negotiation and contract management skills


• Proficiency in cost/price analysis techniques
