We are hiring an experienced Oracle DBA professional with strong expertise in large-scale database environments, Exadata and production support!

• RMAN Backup & Recovery

• OEM Monitoring & Performance Tuning

• Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing & Management

• Large-Scale Database Environment Support

• Incident, Problem & Change Management (ITIL)

• Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization

Good-to-Have Skills

• MongoDB

• Cloud / DBaaS / As-a-Service Platforms

• Banking Domain Experience

• Automation & Operations Management

• Global Production Support & Crisis Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer large-scale Oracle database environments

• Perform Oracle Exadata, RAC, ASM and Data Guard administration

• Manage RMAN backup, recovery and restoration activities

• Handle database patching, upgrades and migrations

• Manage Oracle GoldenGate replication environments

• Monitor database health and performance using OEM

• Perform database performance tuning and optimization

• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery testing and activities

• Troubleshoot critical production database issues

• Handle Incident, Problem and Change Management as per ITIL processes

• Support database availability, reliability and capacity requirements

• Participate in crisis management and global production support activities

• Identify opportunities for database automation and operational improvements
