Job Description - Speech -Language Pathologist

Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Diagnose communication and swallowing difficulties
Develop individualized therapy plans
Conduct therapy sessions (individual or group)
Work with patients having conditions like autism, stroke, hearing impairment, and developmental delays
Monitor progress and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with doctors, teachers, and caregivers
Use assistive communication devices when required

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and problem -solving ability
Ability to work with different age groups
Clinical internship or practical experience
