Job Description - Splunk Engineer (or) System Admin (or) Observability Engineer

Role: Splunk Engineer (or) System Admin (or) Observability Engineer

Expereince: 5-10 years

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work From office - 5 days

Work timing: Standard 9 am to 5 pm IST (There might be a transition call for 30 mins to 1 hour with onsite team in US around 8PM IST)

Required Skills:

1.⁠ ⁠5 years hands on experience with design and implementation of observability framework

2.⁠ ⁠Explicit splunk experience with hands on experience with implementing and administrating splunk

3.⁠ ⁠Experience in design, implementation is splunk ( indexers, forwarders, search heads etc.)

4.⁠ ⁠Experience with enterprise observability tools from different vendors, open telemetry, Dynatrace, splunk, Sahara, and open search

5.⁠ ⁠Experience with implementing standard methodologies for monitoring, logging, and alerting across widely distributed infrastructure stacks

6.⁠ ⁠Strong experience with RHEL, Kuberneties, Ansible, and puppet distributions

7.⁠ ⁠Experience with public cloud observability offerings is a plus

8.⁠ ⁠Experience with writing test plan automation is a plan
