We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sports Teacher to join our CBSE -affiliated institution. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in promoting physical wellness, fostering teamwork, and nurturing athletic potential among students. This full -time position involves designing and delivering engaging physical education programs that align with CBSE curriculum standards. The teacher will be responsible for organizing sports activities, coaching student teams, and contributing to a healthy, active school culture. This role is essential in supporting holistic student development through structured physical activity and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Deliver structured physical education lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
Plan and conduct sports activities, games, and fitness programs for students across all grade levels.
Coach and mentor student teams for inter -school and intra -school competitions.
Promote health, fitness, and sportsmanship through positive role modelling and inclusive practices.
Maintain records of student participation, performance, and progress in sports.
Collaborate with the academic team to support student well -being and overall development.
Ensure safety and compliance with school and board regulations during all physical activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent qualification.
Valid teaching certification as per CBSE requirements.
Proven experience in teaching physical education, preferably in a CBSE school.
Strong knowledge of sports, fitness training, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evening sessions, as required.
Proficiency in using digital tools for lesson planning and record -keeping.

Working Hours: 07:00 - 15:00

Working Days: 6 days

Salary 45,000
