Job Description

Responsibilities  

         Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs). 

• Deployment & Integration: Serve models via APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. 

• Data Engineering: Build scalable data pipelines for training and inference. 

• Optimization: Apply techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF to improve efficiency and alignment. 

• Collaboration: Work with product teams, researchers, and designers to integrate GenAI into applications. 

• Monitoring: Track performance, bias, and safety metrics in production environments. 

Required skills 

• Programming: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow. 

• ML Frameworks: Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs. 

• Cloud Platforms: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI. 

• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes. 

• Applied AI: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF). 

• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, creativity, cross-functional collaboration. 

Qualifications we seek in you!  

Minimum Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.  

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.  

• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.  

• Proven experience in migrating applications and data from one cloud platform to another.  

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, best practices, and industry standards.  

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.  

• Experience in software/system architecture, with experience in GenAI/AI/ML.  

• Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate and present to technical and executive stakeholders.  

• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).  

• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
