POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
The Sr. Application Analyst will work within Agile Systems and Operations team to provide applications, business process support and continuous process improvement related to Product Lifecycle Management and Herbalife’s global single instance of the Oracle Agile PLM system. This position is responsible for business process analysis, technical solution design, implementation, training and maintenance of the Agile PLM, related systems and applications. The Sr. Application Analyst will work with various business groups and users in defining, prioritizing and executing process, application enhancements and projects. In addition, the position will play the critical role of ensuring that users have adequate clarification and support on all business functional, technical requirements and specifications related to applications
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXEPECTATIONS
- Evaluate business processes and system capabilities and developing requirements for enhancements along with business personnel
- Play a major role in analyze, design and implement sound solutions related to Agile PLM and Oracle Product Lifecycle Analytics (BI/OPLA) applications
- Test and implement new technology including Agile PLM application configurations, process extensions, workflow modifications and security
- Develop Agile-application-based solutions to support various enterprise application integrations including Oracle EBS, Argus Adverse Event Monitoring System, Supply RFQ Portal, LIMS (Laboratory Information System) and Oracle Agile For Process (Oracle P4P) Systems.
- Support global business users to ensure the optimal performance of processes and system use.
- Participate in Change Management activities including documentation and training on related business processes including writing application validation documents.
- Interact with Oracle Cloud Services on routine application services, issue resolutions and system upgrades.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates to the Manager, Agile Systems and Operations and the affected users
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or information technology
EXPEERENCE
- 5 years of hands on development experience with Agile 9.3.X (preferred 9.3.4) SDK/PX, J2EE technologies, Oracle ADF, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript, Groovy Scripting, XML. Linux/Unix, Weblogic, Windows servers, SQL.
- In-depth experience with Agile PLM APIs and web services using REST and SOAP
- In-depth experience with Product Development, Product Management and/or Information Technology and Agile PLM Application Analysis
- Recent versions of Oracle Product Life Cycle Analytics (OPLA), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite (OBIEE) technology platforms.
- Experience with supporting Agile PLM systems integration using SCMnet, Web Services, or an equivalent middleware. Experience Agile/Oracle ERP integration is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of Agile tools like Data Load , ACP and Agile PLM Configurations for various modules including PC, PPM, PQM, PCM.
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS
- with Agile 9.3.X (preferred 9.3.4) SDK/PX, J2EE technologies including Core JAVA, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript, Groovy Scripting, XML. Linux/Unix, Weblogic, Windows servers, Web portal technologies, SQL.

- Excellent knowledge and skills working with business and agile users on requirements gathering, scoping analysis and solutions
