The role:

This role sits in the Founder’s Office and works directly with the CEO. The mandate is to take complex, ambiguous business problems, bring clarity through structured thinking, and drive them through to execution. The role requires operating with judgment rather than instructions, and acting as an extension of the CEO across strategic priorities and execution.

Key Deliverables:

Communication

• Drive clear, structured communication on CEO-led initiatives.

• Convert discussions and inputs into crisp decisions, action items, and ownership.

• Prepare high-quality written outputs including briefs, notes, and presentations for leadership discussions.

• Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and senior stakeholders across teams.

Analytical Thinking 

• Work on unstructured problem statements with limited information.

• Break complex topics into structured frameworks and hypotheses.

• Analyse data and business inputs to derive insights and recommendations.

• Present clear trade-offs to enable faster and better decision-making.

 Project Management & Execution 

• Own and drive CEO-priority projects end-to-end.

• Define scope, outcomes, milestones, timelines, and accountability.

• Track progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple teams.

• Ensure execution discipline and closure on committed deliverables.

What This Role Demands

• Exceptional communication skills, clarity of thought, strong written articulation, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical ability -  comfort with ambiguity, structured problem solving and data-backed reasoning.

• Strong project management skills - proven ability to run multi-stakeholder initiatives and drive execution.

• High ownership, maturity and judgment.

• Ability to operate independently with CEO level context.
  

Ideal Background

• 6+ years of experience in roles such as Founder’s Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar high-ownership roles.

• Prior exposure to fast-growing or complex business environments preferred.

• Engineering or Management degree.
