 and P&C

 audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities :

l Act as the primary domain expert on P&C insurance
 (motor, home, liability, commercial lines, etc.).

l Work with cross-functional teams (product managers,
 developers, business analysts, data scientists) to
 translate insurance business requirements into
 functional and technical specifications.

l Support digital transformation, automation, and
modernization initiatives within insurance operations.

l Lead or support workshops with clients to gather
requirements and share industry best practices.

l Provide input on product roadmaps and solution
 design based on market trends and regulatory
 developments.

l Review, analyze, and optimize existing insurance
 processes (claims, underwriting, pricing, etc.).

l Train internal stakeholders and client teams on
P&C insurance concepts and workflows.

l Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and thought
 leadership content.
