Roles and Responsibilities :

Operational Support & Analysis:

l Analyze service support functions including call center
 operations, claims support, and policy administration.

l Track performance metrics such as First Call Resolution
(FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and SLA adherence
 across service teams.

P&C Insurance Domain Expertise:

l Apply deep knowledge of P&C insurance processes especially
 claims, underwriting, and customer servicing—to
interpret performance trends and recommend
 enhancements.

l Support compliance with regulatory standards and
 internal insurance servicing guidelines.

Process Improvement & Optimization: 

l Identify and implement opportunities to streamline
workflows, reduce service friction, and improve
customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS).

l Conduct root cause analysis on service issues and
coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:  

l Partner with operations, claims, underwriting, and
IT teams to enhance service delivery and support
 systems integration efforts.

l Act as a bridge between business users and technical
 teams to translate service needs into
 functional requirements.

Reporting & Insights: 

l Develop dashboards and reports to provide insight
 into service support performance.

l Communicate findings and recommendations to
 leadership in clear, actionable formats.
