RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Senior Analyst - Medical Underwriter to join in Chennai

In this role you will be responsible for:

? Summarize Medical Records: Your primary responsibility will be to summarize medical records for Life Insurance clients in accordance with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

? Adherence to Milestones: Ensure strict adherence to production and quality milestones set by the team lead or manager.

? Medical Knowledge Application: Apply your knowledge of complex disease conditions, treatments, tests, and medications to accurately summarize medical records.

? Medical Terminology: Utilize your in-depth understanding of medical terminologies to ensure accurate and comprehensive record summarization.

? Basic Insurance Understanding: Apply your basic knowledge of insurance concepts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of summarized medical information.

? Analytical Skills: Employ your analytical skills to review and interpret medical information, extracting key details for efficient summarization.

? Continuous Learning: Display a strong desire for knowledge and an aptitude to learn, staying updated with medical advancements and insurance industry changes.

? Effective Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team, discuss medical cases, and seek clarification when necessary.

? Quality Orientation: Maintain a keen attention to detail and adhere to quality standards while summarizing medical records.

? Time Management: Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to work on a flexible schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts, as required.

? Typing Proficiency: Utilize your good typing speed to efficiently transcribe medical information during the summarization process.

? Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation in meeting individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements for this role include:

? Educational Background: A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), BHMS, or B. Pharm is required.
