Sr. Application Support
Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  application support and handle incident management and change requests
  using ITSM tools (MyQuest experience is a plus).
  
• Collaborate
  with global, distributed teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
  
• Communicate
  effectively with stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear,
  actionable insights.
  
• Effective delivery planning and execution for the
  pending work in backlog, with clear communication with stakeholders on
  timelines.
  
• Analyze
  issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  
• Integrate
  and work with Web APIs for system and application interactions.
  
• Support in platform improvement and release management.
  

Requirements

• Experience in production support for ITSM tools and on
  management of global stakeholders.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong
  analytical and problem -solving abilities.
  
• Understanding
  of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  
• Hands -on
  experience with ITSM tools for incident management and change requests.
  
• Basic development experience (in or outside ITSM
  platform) with knowledge in API integration and preferably, on cloud
  development/migration.
  
• Programming
  knowledge in web or backend development is an added advantage.
