About Position:  
Position: Senior Architect (Revit)
Experience: 14+ Years
Qualification: A degree in Architecture - B.Arch.

Job Responsibilities:   
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity, compliance with US building code, and alignment with execution requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

• Design Leadership: Develop innovative architectural designs and guide project teams through the design process.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in all architectural outputs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in modular construction, knowledge of design for manufacturing is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications: bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
Proficiency in software: Revit + BIM & AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Sketch-Up, Enscape is a plus.

1. Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements
2. Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements, and MEP systems (as applicable)
3. Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information
4. Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors 
5. Create new library components
6. Responsible as “Model Administrator” for assigned projects
7. Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation.

Software Knowledge:

• Revit with BIM & Cad is must.
• Sketchup
• Photoshop
• Enscape will be added advantage
