Job Description - Sr. Associate Manager HRIS (Workday)

Hiring: Sr. Associate Manager – HRIS (Workday)

Location:Chennai (Work from Office – 5 days) 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM | Exp: 8+ Years

CTC: Up to 30 LPA

We are looking for a Workday Time & Absence Techno -Functional Analyst with strong experience in HRIS, Payroll, and Workday configuration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements with HR, Payroll & Ops teams
Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
Manage accruals, leave plans, eligibility & time calculations
Ensure compliance (FMLA, PTO, LOA)
Support testing (UAT/integration) & production issues
Build reports, audits & resolve data discrepancies
Support integrations with Payroll, Benefits & vendors

Must Have

5+ years of Workday Time & Absence experience
Strong HRIS & payroll understanding
Hands -on configuration & reporting
Knowledge of business processes & security
